Different people usually have different blood types. This is since the human race does not have a homogenous blood type. However, due to this diversity there are people who usually find that they cannot eat certain foods since they are allergic, or the foods ‘do not agree with them’. This is a diet that was created so that people with different blood groups could follow it. This is since it was found after some research that some blood groups have problems accepting some proteins in the body. Therefore, this leads to allergic reactions like sneezing, tearing, and at times bloating and constipation. But, if a person follows the blood type diet, then they eliminate all these problems. For example, the blood groups O is not advised to eat dairy products, like milk, unrefined ice cream, margarine and so on. This is since these are foods that aggravate the allergies; however, the blood group B can eat these foods with no problem at all.
